(I can only imagine that Ms. Maggie is just as great!) A little backstory: My fiancé and I were ready to buy. Our loan officer set us up with a realtor to help us. Well, this realtor only reached out to my fiancé two, maybe three times in two weeks. No contract was signed or even spoken of. No questions about what we were looking for. He would ask questions and would not get a response for days to weeks if he got that! So, I wrote a post on Nextdoor asking if anyone had a home in a particular side of town for a reasonable price, with a little description of what we were looking for! Mrs. Bridgette reached out to me after seeing my post on Nextdoor. At first, I was cautious because of all the scammers online, but I did a little research and realized she was legit! I messaged her back, and she responded quickly! I am very thankful for the chain of events that led us to connect with her! Our very first communication was on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, a viewing was scheduled for Saturday, plus 3 other homes. Bridgette responded either immediately or within a reasonable time. One time I sent a message after the kids were sleep it was late, but if I didn’t send the message, I would have forgotten. Well, she messaged me right back, working on what I was asking about. That was one of the many situations that showed us she worked hard for us; she was committed to finding our forever home, and she wasn’t afraid to put in the work to help us! She would tell us little things that she saw we didn’t know or fully understand. So we could be more knowledgeable, and we could connect with the right people. She would call with things past clients have dealt with after buying a house, as they would come to mind, just so we knew of possible issues at a later date!
